Price/night and 2 persons for a minimum stay of 4 nights. Surchatge for each additional person: 10,00 €.
City tax (2,40 € per person (14 years and older) and night) is not included in the price.
There is a surgarge of 30,00 – 50,00 € for stays of less than 4 nights.

Our conditions – what you need to know
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and Radio, electricity and heating and final cleaning. Baby equipment is available free on request. All apartments have free intenet access.
Domestic animals
Domestic animals are allowed. We calculate a surcharge of 25,00 € per day for your domestic animal. Please bring your own basket or blanket.
Payment
Please pay cash on the spot, an ATM can be found in the village center of St. Andrä (2 minutes with the car). Since January 1st, 2023 it is not allowed in Italy to pay amounts in excess of 4.999,99 € in cash . The following payment methods are accepted for this amounts of money: non-trasferable check, bank transfer.
Deposit
We are pleased about written reservations via e-mail. Booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of 100 € for week. Please state your name as a referral base.
Arrival and departure
On arrival day you can get your apartment from 16:00 clock, on departure day we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 clock. Other times on request. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we calculate the total booked stay.
Transfer
We will be happy to pick you up at your arrival at the bus/train station in Brixen and take you there again on your Departure.
Storno conditions in accordance with art. 1382 ZGB
There is not provided a Right towithdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:
You can cancel free of charge up to 90 days before your set date of arrival. Between 90 days and 30 days before your set date of arrival we charge 40% of the value of the booking. Between 30 days and 7 days before set date of arrival the cancellation charge amounts to 70% of the booking price. This amount goes up to 90% if cancellation is made in the 7 days before set date of arrival. We recommend our ’Red Rooster’ cancellation protection policy as an extra service. Terms of Use Digital Guest Card
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
