Skiing, snowboarding, sledging and hiking in South Tyrol

The skiing resort Plose has something for every member of the family. Beginners and children can use the ski lift next to the ropeway valley station, snowboarders and freestylers can try the new fun park, skiers can enjoy the Trametsch (South Tyrol’s longest slope) and finally there is a new toboggan run ending not far away from the farm.

If you like hiking or snowshoeing you can start from the Plose and reach the untouched hillsides of the surrounding mountains or hike towards one of the numerous huts of the Plose mountain.

You could also try the close by skiing resorts Alpe di Siusi, Plan de Corones and Sella Ronda or the biathlon centre in Anterselva.

In December we recommend to visit the Christmas market in Bressanone. In the “piazza duomo” (the dome square) you will find living cribs, a big Advent calendar, artisan’s art, delicious food and Christmas music. You will feel like in a winter tale!
